Foundation.
Shall be securely attached to the ground in such as way as to prevent overturning, shifting or uneven settling of the home. This shall involve the following method, unless the applicant proves to the satisfaction of the Zoning officer that another method will be used that (a) is recommended by the manufacturer of the home or by the manufacturing housing industry; or, (b) is specified by a future edition of the Borough's BOCA Code.
