Any fence or wall shall be constructed of durable material and be well maintained. Fences that have deteriorated shall be replaced or removed.
A zoning permit is required for all fences and walls other than temporary fences around active construction sites.
Such temporary fences may have a maximum height of eight feet in a residential district.
