Filing Fees and Costs.
1. Fee Schedule.
The Borough has established an official fee schedule, which may be revised by resolution of Borough Council. In addition, any applicant for any zoning change shall be responsible to reimburse the Borough for the costs of required legal ads.
2. No application or appeal shall be considered filed until all fees are paid.
